✔️ MINIMUM AGE - The guest must be at least 21 years old in order to book this place.

✔️ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - No more than 8 people can occupy the house, anytime, even if they're not sleeping. Breaking this rule means the booking cancellation without any refund and an immediate eviction from the property. It is NOT allowed party rental equipment of any kind at any time. This includes but not limited to: inflatables, chairs, tables, tents, portable dance floors, bounce houses, wet slides, etc. Until 6 guests the rate is the same, so no extra charge, however there's an extra $ 15 fee per guest, per night, between the 7th up to 8th guests.

✔️ NO SMOKERS AT ALL - It's not allowed to smoke cigars, vaping, Marijuana, etc. The disinfection service fee for breaking this rule is $ 300.00

✔️ NO PETS - Undisclosed pets by the time of the reservation will have a charge of $ 300.00. Service animals are permissible under Airbnb's non discrimination policy, however, if any damage or extra cleaning is needed because of the service animal, extra charges may incur. The extra deep cleaning service is $ 300.00.

✔️ Quiet time from 10:00pm to 6:00am

✔️ NO SHOES over the carpet. NO food or drink allowed in the bedrooms or in any carpet area. In case of deep dirty, washing carpet service needed, the extra Deep Cleaning service $ 300.00.

✔️ PARKING 🚘 🚘 🚘 - Please park only on the drive-way or at the street in front of the house, NEVER park over the grass. It's not allowed to park BUS, TRUCKS (pickup it’s okay !), TRAILERS or CAR TRAILERS if found parked anywhere around the house, even parked on the drive-way, the home owner’s association can tow them. Vehicles parked in non-allowed areas and no allowed kind of vehicles can be towed away and the host is not responsible for this.

✔️ GRILL 🍗 - We provide a propane barbecue grill under a $ 40 cleaning service fee paid just once for the entire booking. We provide a used propane tank and the guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank in case it gets empty anytime.

✔️ The thermostat device limits the the heat until 76 Degrees and it also limits the cooling (air conditioner) until 68 Degrees in order to avoid damage or freeze the HVAC equipment.

✔️ The check out time is until 11:00 am. Any late check out will be charged $ 100.00 for each additional 30 minutes (no partial payment, after 11:05 am you will be charged the $ 100.00 fee). Sorry, but we need to have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.

✔️ PERSONAL ITENS & COOKING - We provide a FREE welcoming kit for the first night. In each bathroom we provide 2 toilet paper roll + 1 hand soap bar + 1 shampoo pod. In the kitchen we provide 1 toilet paper roll, 1 detergent laundry, 1 sponge and 1 trash bag. In the Laundry we provide 2 washing clothes pods. If the guest will book for more than 1 night or even if the guest needs more personal itens or toiletries, we do NOT provide more than the itens described. The guest must provide more by his own expenses. We provide sugar, salt and pepper, but we do NOT provide any kind of food, drinks, condiment, spices or even sauces like ketchup, mustard or oil.

✔️ MAIL BOX - We do not offer the mail box of this house to be used by the guests. The host is NOT responsible for any purchases delivered before, during or after the reservation.

✔️ We DO NOT allow any reschedule reservation if check in date is in less than 30 days.

✔️ The landscaping service is done every 2 weeks. There will be around 30 minutes of noise during the service but they won’t bother the guest inside the house. They will just work around and outside the property.

✔️ By making his reservation, you also agreed that the grill and the property will be used at your own risk. Therefore, you agreed to hold harmless and indemnify Dreamscape Vacation Houses LLC, representatives, and property owners from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer in connection with the use of grill or the property. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dreamscape Vacation Houses LLC, representatives, and property owner from any and all liability to the property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the grill and the property.
